Vegetable Curry Laksa: A tasty and spicy Malaysian coconut based curried noodle soup topped with tofu, vegetables, bean sprouts, lime, cilantro and crispy onion

Emerald Cake (Famous Malaysian Pandan Cake)
Light, fluffy, green-colored sponge cake flavoured with the juice of Pandanus amaryllifolius leaves. It is the national cake of Malaysia

ANALOG BREWING BEER PAIRING:
In Another Castle Milkshake IPA: The Mango on the nose along with the coconut to pair with curry give impressions of a tropical vacation to Malaysia with the mouth-tingling flavours of peaches and mangos. This bombastic medley of peppery and citrusy hops errs more towards IPA than milkshake.
